Your responsibilities will include repairing vehicles as per the estimate and manufacturer standards, checking ordered parts against the estimate, completing body repair work as instructed, notifying management of any additional repairs or issues that may affect job quality or timeline, maintaining proper safety equipment, and assisting other team members when needed.

Preferred skills and experience include a certification in body repair (which can be obtained at our company), ability to work in a high-volume environment, time management skills, knowledge of manufacturer-specific repair processes, I-CAR welding certification (not mandatory), consistent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset. Fabrication and frame repair skills are a bonus.
